2019 REPORT TO OUR COMMUNITY
We’re still feeling the effects of the coronavirus global health crisis more than halfway through 2020. As we look back on 2019, we can rest assured we delivered on our mission. We also can find great hope in the successes, innovations and growth gained during 2019, which helped strengthen our focus on providing high-quality, safe care for our community during this unprecedented time.
We invite you to review this edition of the Report to Our Community with a different lens — one that sees the great work accomplished and strides made in 2019 that allowed us to build on our proven strength and inspired us to endure.
Our mission calls us to respond to the needs of our community. Today, our community needs us in ways perhaps never felt before. We will remain trusted pillars of community support and expertise throughout this crisis and beyond. We also call on you, our community, to help us during this time of uncertainty. That means understanding that access and delivery of our health care services will continue to evolve. It means embracing our responsibility for the impact we have on the health and safety of our patients, community and one another. It also means continuing to be kind and compassionate to our neighbors — especially those who are most vulnerable.
Stay safe and keep the faith.
